WESSINGER'S APPLIANCE SALES

My wife and I purchased a GE microwave oven combo from Wessinger Appliance Sales and Service in Chapin SC. From the start we had issues with the control board and needed it to be replaced, but Wessinger has stopped helping us and wouldn't even return our calls for service. They sold us a Lemon and even their technician told us it is a lemon and now they refuse to service and want us to purchase a new microwave oven from them. I will never buy another product from Wessinger Appliances Sales and Service in Chapin SC.

After purchasing a stove here It was agreed that it would be delivered on Thurs. the 11th. I had to call them on Wednesday to be sure the stove came in and we were still on track. Owner ( I guess) tiold me I would be their 1st stop on Thurs. I told him I had to leave my home at 10 to get to work. He told me fine. At 9:15 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office. I was told that the delivery men hadn't left the office but would be leaving in 30 mins or so. I said fine. At 10:00 they showed up. I answered the door and said hi. A man just walked past me into the house and didn't say a word. I was shocked. He walked into the foyer turned around looked at me and said and quot;stoveand quot;. That's all. I said yes and showed him to the kitchen. They went on about their business, put the stove in and left. I went to work. When I came home later that day I noticed two grease stains on my carpet, which by the way, had been cleaned the week before. I called the business, spoke to a Maryann. She laughed. First telling me that the delivery guy.....oh that's just him. Then, through the laughter, she said im sorry. I told her I didnt think she was. I hung up, furious. Horrible people. Unbelievable.

This Company is outstanding! They quickly help their customers and even provided me a brand new loaner fridge in the crate to my door. I only live 1 1/2 miles from the store, but they had my loaner installed before I even paid for my new fridge. I had never purchased anything from them at that time. I came to the store looking for a fridge about 10 days prior and met Mary Ellen who showed me what they had in stock. I didn't know exactly what I wanted at that time. I finally decided on a Samsung 3 door and made my best deal with Sears, but did not make the final purchase from Sears. I called Mary Ellen at Wessinger's and told her I would rather purchase the fridge from her if she could meet Sears price. She beat Sears price by $50 and included 4 more years of warranty. She would have to order it. My new fridge came in about 5 days and thanks to the loaner, no food loss. That was about 1 1/2 years ago. Last July I purchased the Samsung duel oven convection stove to match. I was looking at a less pricey Samsung model online, but when Mary Ellen showed me the new model they got in that week, it was so much nicer. I am very happy with the new stove too and they delivered it within an hour. I can't say enough about how great I've been treated at Wessinger's.
