At the time we thought it went ok. But over time, we started having leaks in the skylights and around other features of the roof. When it would rain, we would get drips here and there, and were not sure where they were coming from. Then came the great Columbia flood and lots of rain. We had a monsoon inside our house. On examination of the skylight installation, which is where the water came from, we discovered that they were installed very very incorrectly, and had massive nail holes right w.here the water would pool. Now we will have to tear it all out, buy all new flashing, shingles, etc, and redo the installation. THen we have to repair the damage that was done by the water. Not to mention the ants. A simple Google search showed the correct installation techniques. If they had been followed, none of this would have occurred. Choose another roofer that knows what they are doing!! Buyer beware.
Description of Work: Remove existing shingles and install new 30 yr shingles. Replace all water damaged plywood on old roof and renail. Install 10 Velux skylight flashing kits and remove heat block awning and reinstall.
