TEC STONE KITCHEN & BATH

I have called this company almost 30 times to correct the finish and repair the crack. They have sent out techs to confirm the finish and the crack. Both times, I got a "yes, you are right, we will fix it", but nothing happens. I went to the local Home Show with the intent of embarrassing them in front of new customers, but when the owner again told me he would get it fixed, I backed off and waited. It has been six months, and all I get are promises. I feel so sorry for the woman who answers their phone. She is very pleasant and kind, but is obviously caught in the middle. The problem appears to be with the owner, Jim Tokanaga. Last week, I left a message that I was going to the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and small claims if that's what it took. I received a second-hand message (he never takes a call himself, nor returns one) that someone would be at my house "9 Monday morning". I called back to ask whether this was to look at it again or to fix it, so I knew how long to allow. Six calls over the course of five days, and NEVER got a single response. He was always "out" or "on another line". I've just had it. Do not use this company.
