They arrived nearly on time, re-explained their overall procedure and started to work. They hosed down all the foundation plantings, both before and after, to prevent chemical damage to them. They spray the chemicals on all the outside of the house including windows, soffitts, gutters and brick. After letting it stand for a few minutes they then rinse the whole works.
It came out beautifully!! All the mold and mildew were removed as well as all the dirt, bugs, leaves, etc. The windows were basically spotless. They were careful of all the foundation plantings while working around the house and did not damage any.
The driveway cleaning did not come out as good as a high pressure washing but the chemicals and scrubbing technique cleaned most of the dirt, mold and mildew off. There were a few spots along the edges where their scrubber did not reach but overall it was satisfactory without the need to damage the concrete as a high pressure wash would have done. I'm satisfied!
The price was very fair and the total job accomplished efficiently, in about three hours, and to my satisfaction. Yes, I would use them again.
