Rich Security offers a great product and sends good workers into your home to complete the installation. Most issues Chuck Rich can help you with over email or phone. It's a great product that provides peace of mind to my family. My price increased with the wireless alarm install for monitoring but it offers several new remote features and if I move, I can take the unit with me. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy with your personal assests.
