We actually called Mr. Odell about one of the houses he was listing and he got back to us within the hour on a Sunday! We ended up not liking the initial house after all, but Randy was so helpful and informative that we decided we wanted to use him as our buyer's agent.We cannot give enough of a glowing review for Mr. Odell! Honestly I don't know when the man sleeps! He was so helpful and very responsive. He has a great knowledge of many of Columbia's surrounding areas! We just moved here from Georgia, so his knowledge was invaluable! Honestly we couldn't have found such a great place without his help. Mr. Odell always called us back in a timely manner. He always showed up for our appointments in a timely fashion and always had a smile on his face. He even showed up to our closing process when he was not feeling well and was still smiling! He showed us as many houses as we wanted to see without complaint. He pointed out all the great features in the homes and made us aware of any potential problems! He is very knowledgeable about good details and potential issues in houses. He genuinely cared about finding us a great home for a great price.And on top of being such a wonderful real estate agent, Randy is a genuinely nice guy and a very pleasant person to be around, which is a big deal when you're looking for a house because you have to spend time with this person who is showing you around houses and neighborhoods, and it's a bonus if they are a personable and friendly person. Having said that Mr. Odell was also very professional and down to earth. We are first time home buyers so sometimes we had difficulties understanding certain aspects of home buying, but Mr. Odell was able to break things down for us in an easy to understand manner!I would highly recommend Randy Odell (with Remax) to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home! His relentless customer service and knowledge of real estate is why we will be returning to him in a couple of years when we decide to buy our big dream home! And it's why I will refuse to use anyone else but Mr. Odell for any of our real estate needs!
