I will conduct a non-invasive visual evaluation of most accessible components and internal systems of your home in accordance with the interNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Conduct. Having spent many years in the building industry from carpenter to a license general contractor, there is little I haven't seen before. While I will point out any problems I find, my focus is on supporting you in your decision. Any issue is fixable, and rarely has an issue I've found been a deal breaker. Once you're aware of and understand any needed repairs, you can use your knowledge in your negotiations with the seller. I'm here for you and I will give you the information you need to move forward with confidence.
