PALMETTO PAINTING & POWER WASHING LLC

Initially fine but when problems developed the painter does not return phone calls or text messages to help fix the problem. A year after painting, splotches appeared on three walls of the house. The painter does not return calls.

The painters were prompt and did the work that was asked.  The issue with Palmetto Painting and Power Washing is the fact that we paid them to paint shelves and return them which they did not do.  Initially, we agreed with Eric's suggestion that he hang onto them until he came back to paint our kitchen cabinet doors (we needed to have some cabinets and doors built).  When the time came to have him return, he stated he was busy and that he didn't mind if we had another painter do the work.  We asked for the shelves but he was busy working out of town.  We offered to meet him.  He gave us a place and time once but we could not make it.  Since then, we have been contacting Eric repeatedly and he tells us various stories but has not produced the shelves.  I would not recommend Palmetto Painting and Power Washing.  They do decent work but are one of these contractors who give you the run around and are not truthful.

Palmetto Pro Painting was on time, responsive, and meticulous. The paint job looks great, and they were nice guys.

They did a great job. Their price was in line with everybody else. They were prompt and they were friendly. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it when they said they were going to do. We had a quote from them for gutter cleaning as well and we are going to get that done but they tried, and they tried and they couldn't get the gutters cleaned so they didn't charge us for that. They were very good. It was a pretty good experience and I would use them again.

Highly recommend him even though he is a Clemson Fan and we support USC.

Eric Hamilton, the owner, did an excellent job, very efficient, extremely neat with no paint spills and colors were done very well. He was very particular and did several places over because he was not satisfated. I was extremely happy and he did not change his extimate even though I requested a few changes. the estimate was submitted in writing.

They did a great job, came on time, very pleasant, professional and thorough. I was thrilled and will continue to use them.

The owner Eric Hamilton and his crew were always professional. Arriving on time, setting up & getting right to work until the job was finished. I highly recommend Palmetto Painting & Power Washing for all painting needs. I also had another last minute job & they worked me in and did a fantastic job.

Very well. The bedroom ceiling repair became necessary when a slip of a foot in the unfinished storage space above put a shoe through it. Repair was done promptly and after repainting, invisibly. Mr. Hamilton was helpful with time and advice in selecting colors for the living room and foyer wall painting, he and his staff exercised noteworthy care in handling furniture and other contents of spaces being painted, and their work was completed with commendable promptness, even more quickly than he originally estimated.
