I trust the proper service was done, but they left the cover off the boat when they brought it back. I also thought they were more expensive on this service than the dealer, though other repair work they have done was very reasonable.

19 ft. inboard/outboard that is 24 years old. Keep it in water during summer and stored outdoors with a cover during off-season.
Had never been professionally detailed and had numberous mildew stains all over the vinyl. Tried myself on several occassions to clean it over the years, but just kept getting worse. They cleaned and waxed the hull, looking almost new. Amazing what they did to inside, almost all stains, etc. gone. Extrememly pleased with results.

Told me about 10 days to pick up the boat, but got it in in about 5 days. Quick service. Picked up the pontoon and delivered back to the dock.

"Due to the nature of our business, some of our work is done at our customer’s dock ready to use before payment has been collected. Our customers trust us to do a fair and thorough job just as we trust our customers to pay invoices in a timely manner. After a history of late payments, we were promised payment for the completed work for over a month. At this time, the owner of M&W spoke this customer's husband regarding payment and was then threatened ‘not to step foot on the property or he would be shot’. We currently politely decline any future work on this boat and for this customer due to these issues."

They were really high. It took them about a-month-and-a-half before they even looked at it. They could have got to me when they said they were going to which was in about two weeks and they were a little bit high on their price. I think if they were a little reasonable in their price. It could have been better. It just seemed like they looked for stuff to charge me for, every charge to take the gas out of the tank and everything else. They gave me a diagnostic price that I thought was kind of high.

I don't use them anymore. I feel I was greatly overcharged from what my neighbor had the same thing done at another place. They were prompt, they came out, I just feel like I was overcharged for what they did. My neighbor got the same thing done for about $400, same make and same model. They were on time. I would not use them unless there was an emergency, I have another mechanic who I take my boat to now.
