They are incompetent. They have no emergency service. I had to have the manufactures representative come out a find the problem.

This HVAC Contractor DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE. SC License #3925 is expired. The heat pump worked for four months. It had been installed incorrectly and was the wrong size unit for the house. I ended up purchasing a completely new unit from a different company less than a year after Edenfield had put his unit in the house. I took Edenfield to court and won a judgment against the company in the amount of $6,000.00. This has not been paid and Edenfield cannot get a state license until he pays.
