Colin has been doing yard work for me for one year. Last year he as great- on time, fair price, great communication. Unfortunately, this year is different. While the problems were beyond his control (weather related), his repeated promises to do the work went unfulfilled. I believe he was just too busy and could not handle new/existing clients. He would not return phone call in a timely manner, sometimes weeks would go by before I heard from him, and eventually he just stopped communications. It is unfortunate because we though Colin did a good job on our lawn and had recommended him to others. This, however, changed and I can no longer recommend him.

Thank you Ashley Puleo for the less than kind words. I worked very hard for you and in your own words done a very good job in the first year. This year has been different coming out of winter, lot of rain, being backed up in general. Spoke with you a few times, text, you apologized via text for being out of town, etc. To blast someone via Angie's list when communication was on both our parts is unprofessional and untrue. I have grown tremendously in the past five years and have had same customers plus numerous more and have never (that I'm aware of) blast me in such a way that is completely false. You may share with bands of people which is fine because you didn't get your way, I'm okay with that. I let my work, professionalism, reliability, and as I get commitments on jobs is how they are taken in order ( unless water emergency). I am sorry that you feel this way about myself and Company. Colin has worked for me for several years. He has done a number of different jobs over the years (whatever needs to be done THIS time), and has always been courteous, professional, undertakes any task with a smile and leaves the property looking GREAT. He always cleans up after himself, so except for the great job he does, you would never know he was there.

Weed treatment, weed wacking, overall clean-up of the yard and adjacent lot.
