The work was done as promised with no surprises. We have used GM Mechanical (Gregg Merck) in the past, and on all occasions he has been professional, courteous, helpful, honest and responsive. On this latest occasion, he came to our house to check our furnace after attending a funeral at a nearby church. Best-dressed repairman you have ever seen! We will call on Gergg Merck the next time we need HVAC work, and I recommend him to anyone in this area who needs this kind of work.
