First, it was nice to have the owner take my call to inquire about an estimate.  Second, Mr. Holder was prompt in arriving at my house, very friendly, and put me at ease immediately.  As a female, sometimes contractors talk down to me but Mr. Holder treated with me respect.  He worked quickly, was true to his quote, and even looked at afew other things that I might want to consider replacing in the future.  My experience with Mr. Holder was nothing but postive and I will use him again.  His customer service is the best I've seen for any type of contractor services.  I will also mention that he meticulously cleaned up after himself - no trash or dust or dirt left behind.

I had no working outlets in either of the two bathrooms downstairs. Mr. Holder not only installed the two new GFI (safety) outlets I had already purchased from Wal-Mart, but he also had another GFI (along with every other electrical part known to man) in his extremely well-organized mini-van, to replace the old unsafe (non-GFI) outlet in my children's bathroom upstairs. I'd say that he was very professional, well-organized, friendly, and didn't cost me too much. Ten dollars of the $100 I spent was actually in payment for the outlet he had to replace the old one upstairs, and another $10 was for a gratuity...I have had this problem since June and am so happy with Mr. Holder's service. My bathrooms now function to full capacity!
