He was nice and helpful. I thought the price was kind of high but it was convenient. He was courteous and he did not pressure me about buying a battery. He was also friendly.

Auto Towing Service
Triple A (AAA) auto service called PopaLock last Thursday, as I had a new key made for the car. AAA said they were calling a locksmith because my key seemed to be stuck in the car.
After waiting three hours and more, no one showed. The and quot;locksmithand quot; claimed, suddenly, at 9:30, that he didn't and quot;doand quot; cars, even though the web site says it's their specialty, fixing and replacing ignitions in cars. AAA finally suggested I call a friend to take me home, as they were then going to have to call someone else and it'd be 11:00 before they could get there, so I got a ride home, and called AAA again the next morning.
If you actually want a professional to show up and help you, INSIST on Tillman. As far as I'm aware, Tillman does not engage in false advertising and I have used them several times over the years. They've always been timely and courteous. Also, the Tillman guy did come the next day and fixed my car in 15 seconds! That's right. A so-called and quot;professionaland quot; locksmith couldn't handle it, but the Tillman towtruck guy could! He was great. INSIST on Tillman if you do not want to be left sitting around for hours at night in the downtown area.

The driver was very rude. I told AAA that I was disatisfied with the service. I felt that he was trying to rush me home to get to the next customer. He was impatient.
