Not very well! I was quoted a price of $120 for this installation and told them to do the install. They arrived late. When they finished they told me I owed $185. I asked why the additional charge, they said that it took them longer than they thought it would. I have since learned that when you hire a plumber. You should ask if they bill by the job or by the hour. Go with a plumber that bills by the job. If they bill by the hour they have no incentive to get the job done with any sense of urgency !

He left a mess.  He did not attach the fixture, told me to get glue.  In my opinion, overpriced.

This is a very good company i would use them again, very happy with their services.They can fix any problem.

We live in a 60yr+ house and the bathroom sink clogs frequently.  Our previous plumber had recommended the next time we had a clog that we re-rout the plumbing.  Our previous plumber since past away so we were in search of a new plumbing service.  Because of the good ratings on Angie's list I called Shuler and explained the situation.  He recommended they try to unclog the pipes instead of re-routing and if they could not unclog in a reasonable amount of time they would go over options with me.  Since this option would cost way less we agreed.  The plumber arrived onsite, introduced himself and began work on the clog.  He had cleared the clog in less than an hour then installed the new faucet and plunger.  The service was quick and concise and the price was way less than it would have been if we had re-routed the lines.  I will call Shuler the next time we need plumbing service.

They did a good job. I would use them again. They were very reasonably priced.

Job handled in a quick and professional manner. I had a couple of small leaks over the previous two years. I have always been pleased with Shuler Plumbing but got several estimates from other plumbers before contracting with Shuler. They got the work done in two days and made sure I had water to all my fixtures the night in between. I was introduced to all the guys and they were patient about answering my questions. Tip: I had Shuler replace my old copper piping with CPVC. That copper is worth a lot of money. If I had not told them to leave it with me they would have taken it away. A scrap metal company paid me over $500 for it. That is the reason I only gave Shuler an overall rating of "B". However, when I was getting the other estimates it was clear that the same thing would have happened with all but one of the other companies.

They were prompt, polite, and professional. They replaced the old kichen faucet with the new one quickly. They left the work area clean and dry. The price I paid was the same as the estimate they had quoted me over the phone. I found out about Shuler's Plumbing through a friend, and I am glad to share my experience of these good people by way of Angie's List.

I was very pleased with the work. They gave me a price over the phone to purchase and install the toilet and they lived up to that price. They did an additional unstopping of my upstairs sink which they had previously repaired at no charge. Two men came out and finished the work in a reasonable length of time. They go right to work and I was very pleased.
