,Two men arrived several minutes later than appointed time. The job was to replace 4 items provided by the manufacturer at no additional cost for materials. The servicing company charged $570.00 of which $120.00 was for UPS shipping, and $450.00 for labor after 2 hours.. More than $110.00 per hour was extremely excessive for the work performed.
Description of Work: Replaced awning, roller, spindle, and arm clamp.

[Member name removed] failed to mention that the price was negotiated several weeks before the repairs were done.He also fails to mention all the leg work and several trips to his house we had to make.Also the price included the desposal of the the replaced parts.We installed a retractable awning in the beginning and he was told not to leave it out when it rains or he leaves his home or it could get damaged.He did and it did.
