ALL AROUND HOME REPAIR

Bad in every way. The project manager tried to get hooked up with my insurance appraiser from the beginning, telling me that that is the way it was done. I told him that I was told to get estimates for me to submit. He said roofing was too complicated and estimate cost him $250 so he really needed to deal with the appraiser directly. I told him to deal with me or he need not bid. He finally sent someone to do the estimate, which ended up being three times higher than one of two other estimates, and two times higher that the highest of the other two. My appraiser was quite confused by the bid. Although, it was nicely typed up, it included charges for every little thing imaginable-16 line items. Some things made no sense at all, like $878 for "Lattice Work", $254 for painting, and $125 for "fencing installer". My house is brick with no lattice work. No wood.
