I called Tom about repairing my laptop. Left a message. He returned my call within 10 minutes.Came to my house a few hours later. He examined my computer. Could not repair at my house. Gave me a receipt and took my laptop. Called me a few hours later with an estimate for replacing the hard drive. He had to order the part but he delivered it to my house repaired in less than a week. Quick response. Quick repair. Great price. Very professional. Excellent work. Free pickup and delivery. Doesn't get much better than that.

I was extremely pleased with Tom's work! I have been looking for a pc technician to call with questions and concerns for both our computers, and we finally found someone that we can count on. From the start, Tom was very professional. He came out to our home to make a house call, which was super since I have three kids and don't have time to tote my computers to an offsite location. He contacted me before his arrival and showed up exactly when he said he was going to come.
He was extremely thorough in his work, and he wanted to make sure I knew all the details of what he was doing. He answered all my questions. He was organized and made lists of everything we wanted to accomplish and complete. He didn't want to forget any of the details.
One of the most impressive things about our service call was how patient and positive he was. Our fix took a little longer than it should because our data transfer took a very long time. The entire fix took 8 hours between two days. Tom, was never impatient or flustered and he never changed the rate of his service because it took longer. He wanted to make sure that we took care of everything.
Lastly, the price of our service was VERY reasonable, especially for all the work and time he put into our computers. I reviewed several rates among 5 other technicians, and Tom's rate was very competitive.
