Ken and his crew removed the gutter across the back of our house, then replaced the fascia and soffit that was damaged by rain with new vinyl and metal soffit and fascia. Then they replaced the gutter, which had been installed by Dixie Gutter Guard only seven years ago. To help reduce any further water damage until we can replace our roof which must be replaced in the next year or so, they fastened a row of shingles under the damaged shingles that barely met the gutter, ensuring that rainwater will go into the gutter now, and avoid leaking behind and under the damaged shingles. In addition, they caulked where there were exposed nail heads or shingles that were lifting. They also replaced a portion of damaged wood on the siding of our house and caulked it too. It was a two day job and they cleaned up all the debris before leaving. Very courteous and attentive, discussing every aspect of the repairs with us.
