I had made several calls and no one would work on the a refrigerator with the bottom freezer unit. He came promptly within a couple of hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had purchased the replacement part for my refrigerator from a appliance parts center, but it was extremely expensive for a part just so that the light would work! Anyway, in talking to the salesman, he had a suggestions for whom might look at the refrigerator for me to be assured that it was the part that was needed. If they determined it wasn't what I needed, I could return the part.
I called "Appliance Source", they gave me a price over the phone as to what it would cost to come & look at the refrigerator & make the repair.... and they were able to come out within a couple hours of calling. They looked over every possible area that could be the problem and determined that the expensive part was what was needed, they installed the part & made sure it was working properly. They charged me exactly what was quoted on the phone.
