SELF'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

Mr. Self and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time for installation. They worked until the job was done completely only taking a short 45 minute break for lunch. I inspected the installation work and was very pleased with the professional manor in which it had been installed. I have used Self Heating & Air several times since the installation of my system and will continue to use them in the future. I can highly recommend this company.

I called this company after having a pest inspector who inspected under my and indicated that there was water pouring from my AC unit. I called them because I had a great experience with another contractor off of this list and I could tell this company was right in my area. And sure enough, these guys were great. Before the appointment they called me to find out when the best time of day was and I had discussed that I had a disability and that first thing in the morning my brain didn't work. So on the date set for the appointment the office called and asked me if it was ok for them to come out as she remembered my condition. This organization was concerned about my health and if it was ok to come out, now that is service before the service! When the employee came out, I was concerned about the type of bill or what to find and it was really simple. He showed me how to set my electronic thermostat that shwed I needed to change a filter for a year. Then he went under my hosue and found that a drain line had broken loose, so he tightened it up. He did a service check on my unit to see if AC and Heating was working and nothing else. The guy stayed for about 30 mintures and I was charged only for the Service hour, nothing for him fixing the drain line coming loose or showing me how to reset my electronic theromostat, he even showed me a few other things that I didn't know how to do with it. This is defiantely a 5 start company in my book!

The work went well and the technicians were very friendly. They came out the next day and fixed it right away. The part they knew was bad was actually blown out by another part that was bad and they only charged me for the first part, which I appreciated. Their rates were reasonable and in line with everyone else.
