He did an exceptional job with the drywall. He is really a good drywaller and a good finisher. He is an exceptionally good contractor. He is a general contractor. He had a couple of good reviews and I had been trying to find a good drywaller and a good general contractor for sometime that was reasonably priced. I had this priced by two or three other people and they were extremely high. I'm an engineer, so I know what it's supposed to cost me to do this because I do construction for a living. So I was looking for somebody that was reliable and everything. He is very reliable. The thing that I really liked about him was he returned my phone calls and he is not late. He is prompt, he returns your phone calls. If he can't make it, he calls you or he emails you. He is just a nice guy. He went over and did some trim at my son's house last week and came in the day he said he was going to be. He said it will take about 4 hours, in 4 hours they were gone. He is just dependable and reliable and he is just a good guy. I personally liked him. He is just an honest young man trying to make a living. He cleans up and is very cautious. He puts paper down on everything when he works in your house. One time he wasn't over here and his guy came over and did some sanding of the drywall and I called and told him it wasn't right. He came back that night and fixed it. He told me that he wouldn't send his guys over anymore without him because apparently they weren't dependable. He was very upset that they did it wrong and he came over and fixed it that night. He really wants his business to take off and do well. He generally cares about how he comes into your home and how he leaves it. He is a single father. He couldn't come today to start the project because he has his girls. So I told him that's not a problem. He will come tomorrow and I know he'll be there. He is dependable. I don't have any bad thing to say about this guy and I'm really particular. My estimate wasn't very far off his at all. He stayed within my budget. He doesn't want paid until he is done. He doesn't ask for an advance. I'm satisfied. It's something you don't find very often. When he did that small drywall job for us he would come over after work in the evenings and sand it down and put another coat on because drywall get finished in stages. That's how he did for us. Unless, you're a professional drywaller and put on 20 min mud you can't finish it in a day. It's like four or five coats of mud on to get a smooth wall finished. So they had to put it on, sand it off, put it on, sand it off. He came over five or six times to get the wall right because he had to sand it and put it on, sand it and put it on. He would come after his workday was done. He would come over and do it. I know that the longer we wait the longer it is to finish. So I didn't have a problem with him coming over after work at all. I didn't care. He knew what he had to do to finish it. He didn't put it off. He didn't blow me off. He didn't give any wall that was half finished. He finished it. Drywall is hard to do and my drywall in my living room is beautiful because he took his time. So I highly recommend this guy. I had no problem with him. He didn't show that he didn't have the experience. I did ask him about a couple of things and he said, "That's not my expertise. I'd have to find a sub contractor." He is not afraid to tell you that he doesn't do that. He doesn't try and say, "Oh! I can do that" and then mess it up. The price was good. He was reasonable. A small job is going to be more money. Bigger job, maybe 10 to 15 days is going to be less money because he doesn't have to come and go and come and go. He is reasonably priced for the size of the job and that's a big deal. He really went above and beyond with that small drywall job because it wasn't enough to keep him busy, it was probably enough just to be a bother to him but he did it and the reason he did it was to gain our confidence so that we could maybe be a repeat customer. He took a job he didn't really like and wasn't going to make any money on because he is smart enough to know that that's how you get repeat customers. He is very professional. The only thing about punctuality is since he is a single father things come up for him because he does take care of his children. But if he can't come he calls and reschedules.

Started the grading on January 18, 2011 and finished the shop & breezeway on February 9, 2011 - the shop is 24 feet by 30 feet with a loft for storage - they put a connecting roof over the 12 feet by 16 foot breezeway between the garage and shop that will be used for grilling

We found them to be very responsive to our questions and they explained each step as it was being performed. The brick mason had one porch out of square and they made him rework it until it was right prior to pouring the concrete. The garage and porches were built stronger than we have seen in stick built new homes - my wife's brother and his wife had used them previously and were very please with all the work done for them. The workers were prompt each morning and the site was cleaned up each day before they left for the day. The integrity of Brian, Casey & Brandon is beyond question. Their honesty & work ethic is excellent. You can't go wrong if you select them for your project. VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY !!!
