These professionals came to my house prepared to get to the bottom of the problem. They were friendly and personable. They fixed the problem by cleaning out the dryer vent all the way from the dryer to the outside vent. It seems to have been quite some time since this had been done. They finished the job and cleaned up after themselves. Now my dryer works like brand new. I can dry a whole load of clothes at one time!!! I truly appreciate these pros and highly recommend them.

Very good and very quick. Were able to beat all others for appointment and were thorough in their job.

The two young technician Ty and Jen) were very knowledgeable and professional. I was reluctant about them cleaning the carpet because they were so young. To my surprise these two young people told me in details what and how they would be cleaning the carpet. They assured me that I would be please and they guarantee their work. I was so please with the results. The carpet was so cleaned and bright. The area rug looked like new. The smell was soooooo refreshing. They even put a stain resistant solution on the carpet. They took their time and did an outstanding job. Their professional personalities are to be noted .Kudos to those two young people. Whenever I need any type of cleaning done by your company, I will request these two young people. Please give a raise. Ty and Jen both are an asset to your company. I highly recommend Grace Chem Dry. Good morning Mr. Allen As you know, I gave your company (Grace Chem-Dry) over three attempts to resolve the issue of the AWFUL SMELL in my dryer that turned out to be three dead birds discovered that had fallen in the bottom of the dryer from the nest you removed on your first visit. The end result was I paid you several times, and the pungent odor continued to linger. To be fair, I must not over look your suggestion to cut into the drywall and basically remove and replace the entire dryer housing. I indicated to you that I would get a second opinion first before moving forward with that unbelievable idea. Allow me to share with you my experience with Mr. Patrick Martin at Dryer Vent Wizard this morning February 1, 2023. He came out to give me a second opinion and during his visit he turned the dryer over and discovered three dead birds in the bottom of the dryer. I had to pay again for a service I had already paid you for several times for. Mr. Allen this should have been a plan of action of yours during the first or second visit, at least. Since your company failed to resolve the issue within the more than over three times you came out to my home, I am respectfully requesting a full refund for the visits of all the work I paid to your company (Grace Chem-Dry) or at least the $175.00 I paid to the other company Dryer Vent Wizard. They were quick, thorough, and did great work! They took great effort not to make a mess, and they left everything clean and orderly. Totally worth the money!

Had a very plugged dryer vent (contractor insulation primarily). New dryer exhaust pipe causes dryer to stick out about 4" from it's original position. Was happy about Alan's desire to fix the problem and stay in touch with the customer.

Alan came the same afternoon I posted that I needed my ducts and vents cleaned. They came the next day. He and his team were polite, efficient, and effective. My breathing is greatly improved! They cleaned up after themselves; cleaner air and vent covers were the only ways I could tell they had been here.

Willing to work with us on the overall cost and payment.

They clean oriental rugs offsite and hang to dry so the rugs are gone for a couple of weeks. They are also going to clean my duct work and dryer vent next week.

The people who did our work were helpful, kept us informed of what they were doing and cleaned up throughly after they finished.
