I did not have much interaction with them but I like that they gave me a specific time that they were going to be here and not a window of time; that's important to me. They call to remind me in advance of treatments so I don't have to remember; my last pest control people did not call to remind me so I could not remember and my house never got treated. They were here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do. They did not bill me until the job was completely finished. I have heard things about them and they were prompt and punctual.
