Ordered building on a Thursday, it was built and ready for delivery on the following Tuesday, as promised. Could not be delivered for an extra week, due to inclement weather (would have destroyed my yard). Building was delivered on date agreed on, early morning, as agreed. Delivery and set-up performed quickly and efficiently. Building was placed within inches of the markers I had placed in the yard, using only the roll-back truck they brought. That's with a tree directly in the way, and without destroying my yard, either. I've purchased two storage buildings from Upstate in the last four years. I have found buildings cheaper at other places, but they are always lacking in materials or craftsmanship, or both. Upstate is the best in the area.
