The plumber (not Mike Smith himself but an employee) couldn't identify my faucet model (a current Kohler model, readily available at a big box retailer) and never got back to me. I called them with the model name. Then he returned and spent 10 minutes replacing the cartridge and charged $140! When I called to ask why so expensive, I was told the plumber spent a lot of time driving. PLEASE!
