We couldn't be happier with the service Sheila provided. The $5,000 is roughly the commission we will pay in 30 days because we finalized an offer on our house last night! Sheila has listed our house just under 1 month and it is already sold. We have had several ads in the paper, signs posted, and she has been available every time someone has set up a showing. We were able to get offers from both of our open houses. This is probably the toughest time for sellers right now, but Shelia was able to deliver 150%.
