We couldn't be happier with the service Sheila provided. The $5,000 is roughly the commission we will pay in 30 days because we finalized an offer on our house last night! Sheila has listed our house just under 1 month and it is already sold. We have had several ads in the paper, signs posted, and she has been available every time someone has set up a showing. We were able to get offers from both of our open houses. This is probably the toughest time for sellers right now, but Shelia was able to deliver 150%.
Description of Work: My boyfriend and I were having trouble selling his house in Boiling Springs during the whole mortgage crisis. We originally started using an acquaintance as an agent, but found out quickly he was way in over his head when it comes to selling homes. We then decided to call Peggy Blackwell of Century 21 Blackwell and CO and she gave us Sheila Lusby as an agent. Sheila was a wonderful agent. She immediately called us and was at our home for a tour that same day. She went over comps and prices and we decided to lower our price based on the research Sheila had performed.
