I can't say enough good things about Priority. They replaced our upstairs HVAC unit 4 years ago. I called them again when the downstairs condenser was having problems. The owner Kendall and all his crew, are courteous, professional and just good people. Priority is one of those few businesses willing to work with you about cost reduction. Our original service call and freon costs, were discounted from the total price of the unit we purchased. We qualified for additional discounts with Duke Energy and Piedmont Natural Gas, which Priority filed for us electronically. Scheduling done at the customer's convenience. Prices reasonable. Workers show up when they are supposed to. We are lucky to have them in Spartanburg.

Kendel is always there and makes it a point to get back with people. He's a great people person. His work ethic is not based on how much profit margin he has. It's quality.
