Mr. Nance is very helpful and personable. He actually didn't fix my washer--part was too expensive so I decided against it.

A nail got caught in the tub of my Maytag washer. It could not spin because the tub was locked by the nail. The rubber drive belt burned. Mr. Miller came out that morning, helped me get the clothes out of the washer, found the nail, went and got the belt, came back and installed it. Did a great job!

Miller Appliance repaired our oven, because if the thermostat said 350 degrees and it was actually on about 300. They fixed it quickly and made no mess. They had all of the parts, so we didn't have to wait on parts.

What really impressed me with them was that they guaranteed their work. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves and knew exactly what the problem was with our freezer. They were able to get it running in no time. I have actually called upon them many times for all of my appliance repair needs, and they were always able to fix our problems.
