Flooring
We were very pleased with the entire process. Very friendly on the phone, efficient when coming to the house, and made sure they double checked everything before they left.

Door Service, Window Service
Lowes Home Improvement did a great job putting our new windows in. There hasn't been any problem with any leaks. They hauled all the old stuff away as part of their service. They cleaned up everything before they left.

Flooring
The work was done well; they were both professional and neat in appearance. They cleaned up properly and took away the old carpet and linoleum. We bought both the carpet and linoleum from Lowe's . The price of materials and installation was combined.

Garage Door Service
Lowes Home Improvement provided good quality work like you would expect. Their guys removed the old door and didn't leave any kind of a mess. The workers were friendly and polite. They finished the job in one day. Judging by the work that they did I would say they were very experienced.

Flooring
We purchased a washer and dryer set, and their delivery guys scratched and ruined our flooring. They gave us some lower grade linoleum to choose from, and the crew who installed it used way too much glue, and it bubbled up and looked terrible. My husband went back again to complain, and they had to install a better grade of flooring the second time.
