It went well until they ripped out my existing countertops and put the new countertops in without preparing the damage that was done to the wall when they tore out the countertops. When I asked them if they were going to fix the wall with sheet rock mud, they said that it “had nothing to do with them” and that fixing the torn sheet rock was up to the painter. They wouldn’t re- install the new sink either without more money.

This was a project I dreaded dealing with, because of the previous roof replacement was not a good experience. I knew I did not want to use that company again. I had called a few other companies before contacting Eagle One. I waited 3 days for one man (who had been highly recommended) to call me back. Because a have a wierd work schedule and a leaking roof I needed to get something started then. I contacted Eagle One and Bobby Wayne came out the next morning to give me an estimate. He gave me a fair estimate and explained everything in detail. I had to wait on the insurance adjuster to come out to let me know if it would be covered. I had 2 other roofing companies come out to give estimates. I chose to use Eagle One because he seemed more honest and took time to explain why I needed things done. He was also willing to work with my insurance company.The roofing crew arrived early, was hardworking and friendly and completed the job in one day. I was happy with the job. I later hired them to pressure wash my house, water proof my deck and clean off a small jungle beside my house. I plan on getting them to do more projects around my house. I have recommended them to family and friends.
