They come out whenever I need them. I used them twice last year.

Our heat downstairs wouldn't come on. Called Butch Powell, and they said they had two more calls before us, but they'd be there as soon as they could (this was not an emergency, so this was fine with us). Three hours later, they arrived, and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. We've used them several times now, and they're clean, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Will continue to call them for all our HVAC issues.
