BOILING SPRINGS SMALL ENGINE

I purchased a $6000 lawnmower in July 2024. I had to take it to the shop five times. The mower kept stalling out and they told me they replaced a solenoid and then changed out a carburetor. Mower still kept stalling out. In June of 2025 I took it to another Husqvarna dealer and they told me the solenoid and carburetor need to be replaced. I told them it has already been replaced and that Husqvarna was charged by boiling Springs small engine for the parts. The other Husqvarna dealer told me that the carburetor and solenoid had not not been changed out, and or the original parts are still in it. Not only are they ripping off the customers they are ripping off Husqvarna.

The will NOT honor warranty on a new mower. Mower has been in shop twice. Already have had carburetor replace after a week of purchase. Customer service after the sale is bad. Very rude!

I ordered a product twice from them and waited for it to come in. They called me when they came in. I once ordered on thel phone and they told me to come in and receive the product for my lawn mower because it was in stock (and it was) so I was well satisfied.

This is a top notch company. You really get a great value for the price that you pay. I can t get over the fact that they pick it up, do the work, and drop it off. That s amazing to me for the price. Their work is always great as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
