I think the best review one can leave is repeat business! This is our third home serviced by Nate and George. We had a home in Union in 2012 and that house sold with a completely refurbished unit and part of that sale was the upkeep done so well by this company. We now have a home in Spartanburg and are moving to another in Boiling Springs. We have used them for the Spartanburg home and have always appreciated the fact that they are so thorough and concerned about our needs. The home in Boiling Springs is a family home and it has touched us deeply that part of our renovation that is so critical has been handled with the utmost care. This home was built in the 1970s and the overhaul of this system was a monumental task. We were not eager to have to have work done during this pandemic and had concerns about boundaries and safety with all of the work we have done and had done. Nate and George kept their distance, stayed masked, and have made sure that their work in the home was not only top-notch, but that their presence in our home during this pandemic was done on our terms and with the safety of our family in mind. I cannot say enough about that. I teach and I am already taking risks by virtue of my job, so to know that these guys really cared to make us comfortable, I was touched. Also, to see Nate post about our home and include thinking of our daughter and her comfort made me tremendously happy! They worked with us on adding an air purifier to the home and really considered my work and the needs we have in this current situation. I am still working renovations in the home and I this system works so well! After spending the better part of the year working with no AC, not having to go without heat has been a blessing. The work was done quickly and Nate is incredibly diligent about keeping up with his customers. I also adored talking to George about his experience and general shop talk. They have a wealth of knowledge and I will keep using them as we have for almost ten years now!
