Purchased maintenance agreement for yearly treatment and a one-time lawn service. They didn't trim the hedges and bushes as promised, only cut and trim. Owner refused to make it good. Yearly contract called for (4) lawn treatments. We had to call them and remind them after several months had gone by. It's now been almost a year and they've only been out to my house twice. We've called and left messages that we wanted them to honor their contract and complete the agreement or refund us a prorated amount. Our phone calls have not been returned. Owners name is Jeff Williamson.
