Installed them as they were special ordered and they look great. Brought in a factory rep to assist. Big negative was he( rep) promised to bring in type of locks to lock lower blind. That never happened . So not really a completed job. Still the look great and I installed my own version of locks that seem to work ok.

I called and spoke with the Dale, the owner of the company and told him what I needed.  He came out the next day.  I showed him several broken plantation shutters (a couple of the staples had come out and they were not closing properly), the shutters were also not lining up properly and did not close properly..  We had the windows replaced in our home several years ago and the shutters were not hung back up properly, so they never closed as they should.  The magnets on the window sills which help to get a tight fit had also been broken.  This had been bugging us for a while!  Dale adjusted the shutters so that they would close properly and installed new magnets on the window sills.  He took his time to assure that all 5 windows were perfect!  He hung 2 1/2' blinds in my living room and they look great.  I highly recommend this company for your window treatment needs.
