Jason was willing to be flexible regarding options for storing my grand piano while my hardwood floors were being refinished. I wasn't sure if the piano would fit in our galley kitchen after the legs were removed. A neighbor was willing to store the piano at her house as a backup plan. Jason also was able to offer a storage solution as well.
It turned out they were able to put the piano in the kitchen without blocking the back door. Jason also was kind enough to assist in moving a couple of pieces of furniture before he left. He returned to move the piano back into place with no damage to the newly refinished hardwood floors. The guys that were refinishing my floors were there when the piano was moved the first time and they actually called me a week later requesting Jason's information for another one of their clients.

The piano had been partially dismantled and placed on a skid. It was then lifted onto a rolling platform that was and quot;hardwood floor friendlyand quot;, and left no scratches whatsoever. The piano was rolled into a storage room until the hardwood floors are refinished. Then Jason and his crew will be back to relocate the piano. A perfect experience.

Everything went smoothly. Job was handled professionally. They helped place the piano in just the right location and were careful about rugs and furnishings. Excellent job and highly recommended.

Called Jason after getting some outrageous quotes to move my piano from a one story house to another one story house 8 blocks away. Jason asked me what the lowest bid was and said and quot; I really want your businessand quot; and offered $15 less. I liked his approach and we scheduled it right away. He arrived in a big truck with another man and they moved the piano into my home strapped on a rolling platform. It all went smoothly and was done within 25 minutes. He told me he will also do other furniture moves and even piano storage and repair. I was very impressed and he was very efficient and easy to deal with.
