Description of Work: Home Inspection. We first used Brian after finding his name on a preferred list of vendors. He was prompt and professional. We have since used him to inspect a new roof post completion. He is very willing and able to consult on any problem we fear we might have with our house. His pricing is very fair. My husband describes him as one very nice guy.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with Brian Coopers home inspection service and price. He was polite, reasonable and willing to conduct an individual inspection of only our roof. We were very happy and will call him again.
Description of Work: We have used Brian Cooper in the past for a Home Inspection. While I do not remember the exact cost it was fair and competitive. His report was complete and easy to understand. Mr Cooper was punctual and polite. Recently we hired him to go check on a roof installation for us as our proximity to our property has changed. He was happy to go out and inspect the roof, reporting back and gave us peace of mind that our dollars had been spent correctly.
