they said there was water under the house but it was our responsibility to remove it $Cha Ching!!! in a 4 month old house. It has now been 1 year and they are just now starting a months long process to replace part of the floor tat was only defective becasue of an error they made when placing concrete slab and floor. I detest them. Run far and fast!!!
