They arrived well within given time frame released transmission and easily loaded car on truck. Within two hours they called with the diagnoses and price. They said the towing was free. They ordered the part for over night delivery and had the car ready buy early afternoon. I was back on the road within 27 hours. Tommy took the time to show me the damage part and where it was warn. Also explained how the warn part interacted with the transmission. Considering the complexity of the problem and the quick service, the price was fair. The vehicle has worked well ever since. Least very appreciative of their excellent service.
