First visit:
Attempted to repair in cost efficient manner. This failed, and parts had to be ordered.
Second visit:
New parts installed.
Third visit:
Minor adjustment ot door related to privious visit.

The prices and people are great. We had a problem with a GE appliance and they finally called them and told them to give us a new one. They are excellent people. The unit gave us problems within a week and GE came out as they do under warranty. Because it was a new microwave they didn't have parts so they were going to order a tremendous number of parts. I described it as everything in it. After the guy left I called Resort and they said they would call GE. He called back right away and said if we didn't mind waiting a couple of days we could come and get a new one so we did. GE still sent the parts. We got a decent percentage of the parts but they didn't come for 2 1/2 months. I hug and kiss Resort Appliance. We've never had any problems with anything else we have bought from them. They just couldn't be any better. They are so nice and give you a lot of information. Their prices are great. They would still be great even without all they have done for us. We check price and you can’t find anybody that can beat them. We would definitely go back to them. I bought my daughter in Atlanta a dishwasher for Christmas and I even checked with them to see if I could buy it from them.
