I ventured up in the attic this past spring (2011) to add insulation and found his illegal electrical connection left. The wire he spliced into to run to my wall-mounted tv was not in any type of junction box. Wiring spliced & connected with wire connectors not in any junction box.
I suppose he figured I would never find this since it was toward the back of my attic. Decided to have someone else fix this who was more trustworthy. Wouldn't recommend using this company.

Bill showed up on time and worked at a steady pace all for 3 days. He had all the materials he needed on his truck. He left the job clean. One thing I liked is the estimate he gave was right on in price and he didn't need any extras he left out. He backs his work but has never had to return to do anything. No complaint from me. I wish all contractors were like him because he was a pleasure to work with.
