Jason and team made our vision come to life by enclosing our current sunroom with vinyl windows to keep out rain and pollen. The end result is beautiful. I appreciate the thorough follow up throughout the project timeline. The installation team was meticulous in detail and cleanup. I would highly recommend.

We wholeheartedly recommend Jason and Palmetto Porches. From start to finish Jason, our sales and construction coordinator, never disappointed. He was on top of everything and everyone. Any questions or concerns were responded to and resolved immediately. I never ever had to chase Jason down or wonder what was going on or what was coming next. After several in-person visits from Jason, he and his design team were able to create exactly what we wanted. Palmetto Porches handed us a completed packet to submit to the HOA, which made that process as quick as possible and without questions or concerns. We had a huge space built, over 500 sq ft in new living space, as well as outdoor paver patio. We also had columns removed, header reinforced and siding replaced with sheet rock. Every team of workers were efficient and respectful. Anytime anything could be done, it was. The sunroom itself is a superior quality product with every inch finished off (no visible screws, etc..). It was shipped and delivered as promised. We are delighted with the end product and couldn’t be more thankful for the great experience and customer service from Jason and Palmetto Porches!

Palmetto Porches built a roof over our patio and later a screen room for our pool. They were on time and on budget. All our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Thank you! We highly recommend Palmetto Porches!

BUYER BEWARE...RUN FIREST RUN...GREEDY liars, if I could give them a -5 I would gladly do it...after spending 35k a few years ago on a lanai I needed them to replace a screen last week. They NEVER answer the phone OR call back. Allen the greedy owner and John his ever lying asst would not do it !! He also NEVER showed up during original construction until he WANTED PAID.. red flag, hello..plus we had to deal with all of his non English speaking immigrants. You have to be your own project mgr because they f everything up if your not. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE...BUYER BEWARE...

Do not use this company unless you don't mind getting ripped off! We had contacted P. Porches to screen in our back porch along with sanding and staining our back porch. They sent us three different quotes to do the screening with options for repair work, sanding and painting the back porch, and step replacement. They proceeded to start sanding the back porch floor so it could be stained. During this process the subject of screening came up. The guy who was doing the screening was sure if their price included screening. Are you kidding me! They wanted to charge us an additional $4K to screen in the back porch which apparently they forgot to include! That main reason we called them was to screen in the back porch. They di d not even finish sanding the back porch!!! We tried to contact the owner several times and he pretty much refuses to communicate with us in any reasonable way. Worst experience I've ever had with any contractor!

We paid palmetto porches a $2,000 deposit in February. It is now December and no work has been performed. We have repeatedly tried to contact Alan Solomon and he has never once returned our calls. We have gone to small claims court and are awaiting notification. Do not use this company!

Terrible I am still fighting with company over getting my money back that I gave them in February for deposit of 7,850 & after I gave them the money they still have yet to file for a permit & I Know because I spoke with the permits & codes office several times & NOTHING has ever been turned in for property. I honestly believe now that they never intended on building anything because it's now may 23rd & I canceled project amth ago & they said my check would be in the mail but still nothing because now there refusing to give me anything back which they should refund me they didn't do any work & it's there fault I cancelled anyway because not just they never applied for permit they also never answer there phones & I have 4#s for these people & I was told to text if couldn't reach but no1 ever responds back it was almost impossible to hire the & no I wish I never did. Plus the porch they were to build they were to send pictures of similar porches so I could decide on what I wanted & they were to explain what they were going to do but no1 ever told me anything .I just want other to no so they don't lose money with these people

Went well.Started leaking inside from upper screen into patio on furniture.They came and try to seal it to no avail.Called and was told they inspected it and the screen was rotted.NO ONE came to inspect it.Called many times with no reply.Tried to get Rollie’s for the screen door and again no reply.Would not recommend them for anything.!!

It went wonderful. They showed up when they would, the work was top notch. They cleaned up and were professional. If there was an issue, they were to quick to follow up. We had a little issue and we texted them about it, they were here within an hour to fix it.

Once we were able to get a start date scheduled the project went well and the on-site crew was very good and professional. The only thing that stops an A grade was the difficulty in getting any call back from the owner after we had informed him that our job was approved by the HOA. We tried numerous times to get a call back for a start period and it took two weeks before anyone called.

* Reasonable price. Out of 4 quotes, next closest quote was $4,000 higher. * Quality products. Solid framework. Made the sun room seem much quieter. * Quality workmanship. Workmen made sure that the sun room was sealed.

Promised it would be don before Thanksgiving, and it was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the results

we found Palmetto Porches to be throughly professional . Met all promises made , responded quick to phone messages and very happy with the quality of their work. Their workers treated our home as if it were their own. Very respectful , cleaned the work site each day and very friendly . It was a pleasure working with this company and I would certainly use them again

patio took longer to complete than planned, but weather was a contributing factor. Both the patio and the screen for the porch look terrific. would not hesitate to use them again.

Alan is a hard guy to get ahold of, but understandably because they are so busy. He is very easy to work with and we believe charges fairly. Our first house he put on a 15x16 hard roof screened in porch that was beautiful. I recommend him to all of our friends I was so impressed with him and his crew. 
You have to be a little patient because they are so busy, but they are so professional and easy to work with it will be worth the wait. 

They did a very nice job, all hard working and polite.  We would recommend to anyone who is looking for screened in porches or gutters for their home.

Construction was completed appropriately. Quality items were handled expediently & apprpopriately

Some of the crew dropped off all the materials for the slider windows and tempered glass bottom enclosure on the day before the installation.
The next day a crew of three took down the screens from the existing porch and then started to install the new slider windows.   The bottom 3' was installed with tempered glass.  (I have two cats and did't want the cats to be scratching on plastic. It took two days to finish the install.
They are friendly, courteous,  careful of the surroundings, and they clean up the yard and take the waste with them.
I'd recommend Allen Solomon's Palmetto Porches to anyone.

Allan was wonderful to work with.  He answered all our questions, his workers were great, and I would not hesitate to use them again.  Work was completed  quickly and cleanly.

The concrete crew came first and dug out a 20 ft x approx 2' footer and a 8x8 section for the grill. These men
were very professional . They did a very good job. Then the building crew came and build the framing and roof section
shingles were installed and room was screened. Electrician arrived and finished in 1/2 day.
We love our screened in patio. Very pleased with the work. Would recommend Palmetto Porches
It takes about 2 months to complete . Permits, HOA reviews, building inspection. They are very busy. Now that
it is finished, we can enjoy.
