At first, buying a new home and having a service was exciting. However, the workmanship quickly declined. Asked for Laurent's to work on the garden, plant new flowers, put down pine straw, etc. He did, however it was expensive for the little he did. Keep in mind he didn't do it his hired hands did it. Very sloppy and haphazardly. My wife and I ended up redoing everything ourselves. Lawn care is a joke. Mows the lawn in seconds and always misses clumps. I've had to go and mow over the places his people missed. He charges $155.00 per month to cut the lawn and edge. On occasion they will trim the bushes which is included in the price mentioned. However, very seldom done. Maybe once a quarter, at best. If it rains they skip the week all together yet still charge full price. You call to set up a time for them to come out and 9 out of 10 times he won't show. We dropped his service and now he is saying we owe a bunch of money. We checked the bank account and the funds were paid but yet he doesn't care. He is now sending my wife emails constantly harassingly her for money. He says we owe over $700.00 and is extremely rude to my wife. He has my email and phone number but doesn't bother to contact me. I strongly suggest not taking his services. He is pathetic.

We have hired Laurent to provide monthly lawn and garden service.

They were excellent for the first couple of years then started to have some issues with the work. Lawn service was good, the tree service was horrible.

Word of mouth through Hampton Lake turned us on to Laurent. He is a resident of Hampton Lake and takes a lot of pride in his crews work.  I believe his service area is restricted to Hampton Lake.
While he has just performed lawn service for the 4 months he has been here he has made suggestions to our irrigation set-up that I have given back to my new homebuilder. Secondly, he has made suggestions to relocate many of the shrubs on the side of the house. We will wait until the one year warranty is up on our landscaping.
