We purchased a high end mattress set from them. It was delivered as promised. We decided that we needed a low profile base and they exchanged it for free. Excellent service, knowledgeable sales person ( who was the manger). She did not try to move us to higher priced model, just showed us our options and explained the differences.

We liked the sales lady that we worked with. Her name is Kim. Her knowledge of the mattress was good. She was helpful in describing the different mattresses. We did not feel like she was using sales pressure on us. She was forthright and worked with us. We were pleased with her. They are going to be opening a new store in Hilton Head and she is going to the manager there. The price was fair.
