I am an out of state owner so I hired Mares Pro to mow the lawn and do leaf blowing each month for my tenants. At first everything went well and the picture he sent to me showed the property in great condition. I continued to send $65 checks each month for the quoted service however my tenants reported that they stopped showing up each month even though they were still cashing my checks.

Irrigation system never completed, over half of the spray heads were inoperable at time services were terminated September 22nd, 3 months after project started. Several plantings were never completed. I would call, get a day when he would come to house, and he never showed, didn't call. This occurred several times, I finally decided to cancel his services. I would not recommend this company.
