"I appreciate the review. I try to treat all my customers in a professional manner. The customer was having trouble with gas pressure. Someone told him to increase the pipe size. There was no reason to do so and it would have been kind of expensive. I had installed some appliance regulators. I have had some trouble with this one brand regulator. I changed the regulators out and replaced them with Maxitrol regulators(which is the only one I will use from now on). There was no charge for the regulators or labor and he didn't need to change the piping."

We purchased a new gas grill to replace a built- in gas grill. The work was simple, probably could have done it ourselves but weren't sure how to treat the regulator that came with the new grill. Vince with Imperial Gas came and made the new connection. He removed the regulator that came with the grill and connected the hoses with the existing feed from our in-ground propane tank.
He arrived at the appointed time, finished the work in about 15 minutes and left. The impressive part was that he knew we were having a large crowd for a cookout that evening and attempted to followup by phone, not once, but twice to make sure everything was ok with the gas grill.
Would definitely call on Vince again if we ever had an issue pertaining to gas piping.
