The gentleman who performed the work was punctual and did a fine job. However, the coating which is supposed to prevent mildew on grout in the shower comes with a 6 year warranty. In less that 1 year mildew is appearing on the grout. I have made many attempt to contact the franchise owner to come honor the warranty to no avail. When he does answer to phone he tells me he will check his schedule and call me back in a few hours to schedule a time to come out. He never calls and when I try to reach him he doesn't answer his phone. It really was a waste of money - call someone else.

Very time consuming process, very labor intensive.  This was a very large bathroom with jacuzzi, double sinks and large walk in shower.  John is one of the most concientious servicers I have ever experienced.  He cleaned and polished all tile to remove 25 years of hard water stains.  Removed old moldy caulk and replaced with new.  Cleaned floor grout and restained a different color.  Product is warrantied for several years, assuming you use correct cleaning products afterwards.  I had a limited time frame and he very generously worked with me to get the job done.  Expensive job, because product is expensive and it is very labor intensive, but definitely worth it if you do not want to incur the expensive of a bathroom remodel.  He will be back to do more of my bathrooms.
