I was quoted a price for the tires and I asked if the mounting and balancing was included and told it was. Upon completion of the work my wife paid with her credit card. Later I found that we were charged $80 for labor. I was contacted by the dealership to fill out a survey of the service I received. I completed the survey and complained of the $80 labor charge. The response was that the dealership is competitive with local tire companies and conducts comparative analysis. I contacted three local tire stores and was quoted $40 from two and $50 from the third to mount and balance two new tires. I have presented this information to the dealership and have yet to hear from them.
