They're good all the way down the line. There's no problem with them as they're professional and they'll back up the product. I had one chair that had the arm break due to the way they designed it and the next thing I know they brought me a whole new chair and there were no questions and no problems with the office. The people who brought the furniture were very polite, professional and more than willing to help set up.

The experience in the store was easy and low-pressure. What truly sets Haverty's apart, though, is what happens after your purchase. We made the purchase on Friday and early the following Tuesday it was delivered. I immediately received an e-mail with my estimated delivery time on Tuesday and a video to watch about what happens on the day of delivery (so interesting, showing how they assemble things in the warehouse, pack the truck, track deliveries and get everything settled in your house). The day before, the time slot for delivery is narrowed from four hours to two and you have the chance to confirm or change the day/time. Here's where it gets really cool: the day of delivery, you can "follow the truck". With the magic of GPS, they are able to track when the truck arrives at and departs from each stop on its list. You can see where the truck is and where you are on the list. They called a couple of minutes before arriving and immediately after they left, I got a follow-up e-mail survey! The dresser is sturdy, attractive and well-assembled. The experience far exceed our expectations and we will definitely shop at Haverty's again and recommend it to others!
